Karlee is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Boise State University as a member of the Honors College, she combines her academic studies with hands-on experience in tax, accounting, and business operations. Her passion for finance, problem-solving, and helping others has shaped her commitment to providing clients with exceptional service while continuing to grow within the profession.
Growing up in Huntington Beach, California, Karlee developed an entrepreneurial mindset from an early age. While balancing college and her professional career, she also owned and operated her own business, gaining firsthand experience in the dedication, leadership, and client relationships that come with running a successful business. These experiences have strengthened her appreciation for the challenges business owners face and continue to shape her approach to serving clients with professionalism and care.
Karlee believes in building strong relationships through trust, communication, and attention to detail. She is passionate about expanding her knowledge of tax and accounting while learning from the experienced professionals at TSG Tax Management. Her commitment to continuous growth and delivering exceptional client service reflects the values that define the practice.
Outside of the office, Karlee enjoys traveling, following professional sports, spending time with family and friends, and discovering new restaurants and destinations. She believes that maintaining a balance between her professional ambitions and personal interests allows her to bring energy, dedication, and a positive perspective to both her career and the clients she serves.
